MFQ (FVMQ): fluorosilicone
This silicone rubber presents physical characteristics similar to many silicone based rubbers, such as MVQ rubber for example, but the presence of fluorine in the composition of the compound increases its compatibility with fluids of mineral origin (oils and fuels) in a considerable manner. On the negative side, there is a decrease in the elastomer's performance at high temperatures.
